This Privacy and Cookie Notice explains how Frasora Lifestyle Inc., operating MUMUSO Canada — Summerside (“MUMUSO”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use ca.mumuso.com, place an order, contact us or visit our store.
Who is accountable

Information we collect
- Order and account information: name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number, purchased items, order status and customer-service history.
- Payment information: payment status and transaction identifiers. Card details are submitted directly to Clover and are not stored in full on our website.
- Store and inventory information: records needed to fulfil orders, prevent overselling and reconcile Clover point-of-sale inventory with WooCommerce.
- Communications: information you include in contact forms, emails, calls or return requests.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, security events, cookies and similar data needed to operate and protect the site.
Why we use information
We use personal information to process and deliver orders; calculate taxes and Canada Post delivery rates; provide receipts, service messages, returns and support; synchronize inventory; prevent fraud and security incidents; maintain records required by law; improve the website; and send marketing only where we have a lawful basis and any consent required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
Consent and choices
We seek meaningful consent appropriate to the sensitivity and purpose of the information. Information necessary to complete a purchase cannot be withheld if we are to provide that service. Optional analytics, advertising or marketing cookies remain off unless you choose them in Cookie Preferences. You may withdraw consent for optional uses at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

We disclose only what is reasonably needed to providers that help operate the store, including Hostinger/WordPress/WooCommerce hosting and commerce services; Clover for payments and point-of-sale records; SKU IQ for inventory synchronization; Canada Post for delivery quotations and fulfilment; Google for Merchant Center, Search Console and services you choose to use; and professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers or authorities where required by law. Providers may process information in Canada or other jurisdictions, where it may be subject to local law.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, warranty and dispute handling, tax/accounting obligations, fraud prevention and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask how it was used or disclosed, challenge its accuracy, request correction or deletion where available, withdraw optional consent, and complain about our practices. We may need to verify your identity. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, where applicable, the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Children
The online store is intended for people who can enter a binding purchase contract. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
