This notice explains how the MUMUSO Canada website operated by Frasora Lifestyle Inc. handles information when you browse the site or contact our Summerside store.
Information you choose to send
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a topic and your message. We use that information only to read and respond to your enquiry. Submitting the contact form does not add you to a marketing list, create a customer account or store your message in the public website database. The message is sent by email to our store team.
Technical information
Like most websites, our web host and essential site services may process technical details such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security or error logs. WordPress and LiteSpeed Cache may use essential cookies or cached files needed to operate, protect and improve the website. We do not currently use this website for behavioural advertising.
Maps and social links
The visit page contains an embedded Google map. Loading or using that map may allow Google to receive technical information under its own privacy terms. Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps take you to services operated by those companies, whose policies apply there.
How long information is kept
Contact enquiries and routine server records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, maintain the website, protect it from abuse, or meet applicable business and legal obligations.

You may contact us to ask about personal information you previously submitted through this website, or to request a correction or deletion where appropriate. Please do not use the contact form to send payment-card information, passwords, government identifiers or other sensitive information.
