These terms govern ca.mumuso.com and online purchases from Frasora Lifestyle Inc., operating MUMUSO Canada — Summerside. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of your province or territory continue to apply and are not limited by these terms.

Products, prices and availability

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax and postcode-specific delivery charges are shown during checkout before you place the order. We do not add undisclosed mandatory service fees. Product colours, packaging and dimensions may vary slightly from images or supplier updates. Inventory is synchronized with our physical store, but rare timing or data errors may occur.

Orders and payment

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement is not final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-screening, delivery restrictions or obvious listing errors prevent fulfilment; any captured amount for a cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method. Payments are processed securely by Clover.

Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible Canadian addresses. Available services, costs and estimates are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and any non-waivable legal rights.

Promotions and gift cards

Promotion-specific terms, eligibility dates and stock limits apply. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. Gift cards, when offered, are subject to their stated terms and applicable law.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with security or availability, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse MUMUSO or third-party intellectual property.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from site interruption or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.
